I have a fully measured, detailed floor plan for a medium-sized Australian home (3–4 bedrooms) and now need it converted into construction-ready documentation in Revit 2021 so I can lodge a Development Application with my local council in Victoria. Your task is to rebuild the plan faithfully in Revit 2021, apply all relevant Victorian drafting conventions, and produce a set of coordinated, dimensioned ground-floor plans suitable for the permit submission. I will provide the existing drawings in PDF/DWG along with site information; you translate them into a clean, parametric Revit model and create the sheets.
