I will provide freelancer with a cadd file and a pdf of the floorplan and an image of the style of roof and exterior finish, slab on grade . 5:12 roof pitch ,exposed interior wood glu-lam beams and thru-bolted hardware , pyramid hip roof , 9' high 2x4 framed wood walls, asphalt shingle roof. 2006 I.R.C. code , 120 mph wind , seismic D2 , i need calculations of each post at the exterior covered deck showing they meet load requirements. Also need the size of the glu-lam beams at pyramid hips to use . i need to know the size of glu-lam beams to use .
