I will set up a system using Tasker or maybe MacroDroid if that works better that will find the Gmail email and then play a soft alarm sound that lasts for 10 seconds. After the alarm sound the system will take the text from the email. Use Androids system that reads text out loud to read the whole message to you. This way you do not have to do anything.
