This engagement covers 8×5×NBD onsite maintenance for our Avaya IP Office environment across Sri Lanka. I provide all replacement spares; what I need from you is labour-only support that meets the response and resolution times defined below. Scope of Work • Break-fix: diagnose and restore service for any hardware-related incident during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday) with next-business-day onsite arrival. • MACDs: perform moves, adds, changes and deletes on the same 8×5×NBD basis whenever required. • Incident reporting: submit a brief service report after each visit outlining fault, action taken and status. Service Level Arrival onsite by next business day once an incident is logged within the 8×5 window. English-speaking, Avaya-skilled engineers are essential to interact with our end users and internal team. What you bring • Proven hands-on expertise with Avaya IP Office systems. • Your own standard tool kit: PH1/PH2/PH3 Philips screwdrivers, laptop, RJ-45 UTP cable and flash card. • Reliable transport to reach customer sites anywhere in Sri Lanka within the agreed SLA. Acceptance Criteria 1. Engineer arrives within the NBD window for every dispatched call. 2. Fault restored or MACD completed and verified on site. 3. Service report submitted the same day.
