I want my DICOM studies viewable online through the OHIF web viewer running entirely inside my AWS account. You will stand up the necessary AWS resources, install and configure OHIF, and make sure the viewer can load sample datasets so I can confirm everything is working before switching to my production images. Scope of work • Deploy a fresh OHIF viewer instance in AWS and expose it over HTTPS. • Connect the viewer to an AWS-hosted DICOM store (for example an S3 bucket or a PACS gateway you spin up) so that I can drag-and-drop or programmatically push studies for viewing. • Enable basic user authentication and restrict public access. • Provide concise hand-over notes (CLI commands, console steps, or Terraform/CloudFormation if you prefer infrastructure-as-code) so I can recreate or scale the setup later. Acceptance criteria 1. A URL I can open in any modern browser that launches OHIF and displays at least one demo study without errors. 2. Clear documentation that shows where the imaging data lives, how to add new studies, and how to tear down or replicate the stack. 3. All work must stay within my AWS account; no external services. If you have prior examples of OHIF or similar imaging stacks in AWS, that will help me gauge fit.

Hi, I can set up the OHIF viewer in your AWS account with HTTPS, authentication, and a DICOM store so you can load sample studies and later switch to production images. I’ll deploy the viewer on EC2 behind an Application Load Balancer, use S3 for DICOM files with a lightweight Orthanc PACS gateway for DICOMweb compatibility, and restrict access with Cognito or basic auth. The stack will use MySQL for Orthanc metadata and PHP for any helper scripts, keeping it simple and maintainable. To ensure reliability, I’ll apply server-side validation on upload endpoints, parameterized queries for database access, rate limiting on the viewer, and automated backups for both the database and S3 bucket. I’ll also configure least-data logging and provide exportable audit records. The setup will include a CloudFormation template or CLI-based documentation so you can recreate or tear down the stack easily. I’ll deliver a working URL with a demo study loaded, along with clear notes on adding new studies and managing the infrastructure. The work will take around 12 days. One question: do you have a preferred AWS region, or should I choose one close to your users?

Hi, I can deploy a secure, production-ready OHIF DICOM Viewer entirely within your AWS account and ensure it is ready for both demo studies and your production imaging workflow. For this setup, I'll: Deploy the latest OHIF Viewer on AWS (EC2 or containerized with ECS, depending on your preference). Configure HTTPS using AWS Certificate Manager and an Application Load Balancer. Set up a DICOM backend (Orthanc or another PACS gateway) with storage on AWS, allowing drag-and-drop uploads as well as DICOM C-STORE/API-based ingestion. Secure the application with authentication and restrict public access using IAM, Cognito, or basic authentication based on your requirements. Load sample DICOM studies to verify the complete workflow before production migration. Provide complete documentation, including deployment steps, AWS resource overview, upload procedures, backup recommendations, and optional Terraform/CloudFormation templates for reproducibility. Thanks

I’ve deployed OHIF inside AWS before: EC2 (or ECS Fargate), S3 as the DICOM store, with a DICOMweb proxy container in front (dcm4chee or Orthanc). Stack runs fully private, with HTTPS via ACM, and access limited using AWS Cognito or native ALB authentication. You’ll get a browser URL, demo dataset loaded from S3, and clear steps for loading/removing studies, plus infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation or Terraform, your pick). All resources remain in your AWS account, nothing external. Does your DICOM source speak DICOMweb, or do you need a PACS-to-web proxy container spun up? Reply with your preferred IAAC tool and I’ll outline your stack. Pradeep

Hello — for medical imaging, a clean, secure viewer setup matters as much as getting DICOM studies displaying correctly on the first try. I understand you need an OHIF viewer deployed fully inside your AWS account — HTTPS-exposed, connected to an S3-based DICOM store, with basic authentication and a working demo study before you move to production images. I handle AWS cloud deployments end-to-end: spinning up the necessary resources, configuring OHIF, securing access behind auth, and keeping everything inside your account with no external dependencies. My approach: stand up the S3/PACS-backed store first, deploy and configure OHIF with HTTPS and auth, then verify with a sample dataset before handing over clear, reproducible setup docs (CLI/Terraform, your preference). Structured for easy teardown or scaling later, with hand-over notes so you can recreate the stack independently. Quick question — do you have a preference for S3-only storage or a full PACS gateway, or should I recommend based on your imaging volume? Ready to start right away.

Hi, I’m Md Shahid Ansari, a full‑stack developer and AI engineer with 2+ years building secure, Docker‑based services on AWS. All instances run on Amazon Linux 2. I’ll stand up a fresh OHIF viewer in a VPC, expose it via HTTPS using an Application Load Balancer, and connect it to an S3‑backed DICOM store (or a lightweight PACS container). I’ll configure basic authentication with Cognito or htpasswd, lock down public access with Security Groups, and verify the setup with a sample study. All infrastructure will be defined in Terraform so you can recreate or scale it later, and I’ll provide clear CLI steps for adding new studies and tearing down the stack. My recent projects (DMginie Instagram automation, FastAPI bidding assistant) used Docker, Node.js, and AWS Lambda, giving me confidence to deliver a clean, secure solution.

Hi, an OHIF viewer inside your own AWS account is straightforward as long as the DICOM store is set up right from day one, so drag-and-drop or programmatic pushes don't need re-plumbing later. Plan: - EC2 or ECS Fargate for the OHIF web viewer, behind HTTPS via ACM + ALB - S3 bucket as the DICOM store, or a lightweight PACS gateway (Orthanc) if you want DIMSE push support - Basic auth via Cognito or an Nginx layer, security groups locked to your IP - Terraform for the whole stack so you can tear down or redeploy in one command I've worked on AWS infra (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda) for production systems and keep hand-over docs tight, since teams usually need to run this themselves after I'm gone. One question: do you want DIMSE push support from a modality/PACS, or is S3 upload plus OHIF's DICOMweb config enough for your workflow? Happy to start with the demo study first so you can confirm before touching production images.

You want OHIF running inside your own AWS account, wired to an S3/PACS DICOM store over HTTPS with auth and IaC handover - I set up exactly this kind of medical-imaging infra. Relevant: I've built reproducible ML pipelines on 3D medical imaging (retinal OCT) and I ship FastAPI services on AWS with Docker, HTTPS, auth and audit logging. OHIF + an AWS-hosted DICOMweb store (S3-served viewer or a lightweight Orthanc PACS gateway) is a clean, well-trodden setup. Delivery plan: stand up OHIF over HTTPS (S3/CloudFront or ECS), connect a DICOMweb endpoint so you can drag-drop or push studies, restrict public access with basic auth/Cognito, and hand over Terraform/CloudFormation + console notes so you can rebuild or scale. A sample dataset loads before we touch your production images. Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.com/u/ZohaibSathio. Do you already have a PACS/DICOMweb source, or should I stand one up on S3? - Zohaib

I can set up an OHIF web viewer fully inside your AWS account, expose it over HTTPS, wire it to an S3- or PACS-backed DICOM store, and ensure sample datasets load cleanly for browser-based validation. I’ve deployed OHIF and similar medical imaging stacks (Orthanc, DICOMweb) on AWS using EC2, S3, ALB, CloudFront, and Cognito/IAM-backed auth, with clear separation of data, networking, and security controls. My approach would be to script the stack (CLI or Terraform/CloudFormation), configure secure auth, document data locations and study ingestion, and provide teardown/replication steps. I would love to chat more about your project! Regards
