Managing Microsoft 365 email accounts is straightforward work for me — I’d start in the Microsoft 365 admin center with Exchange Admin Center to review accepted domains, mailboxes, aliases, licenses, and transport rules. I’d handle user onboarding/offboarding through Entra ID, including MFA, groups, roles, and sign-in issues, then check Azure deployments through Azure Portal, App Service, Azure CLI, or ARM/Bicep depending on your application. A likely issue I’d check early is external senders getting 550 NDRs from an incorrect SPF/DKIM configuration. I’d also review Azure deployment logs for failed builds, missing app settings, or incorrect managed-identity permissions.
