The Role You'll be reaching out to hardscaping company owners and decision-makers to introduce our agency, qualify their fit, and book a 20-minute discovery call with our team. This is B2B outreach to business owners running $1M–$3M+ operations - professionals who respond to a confident, clear value pitch, not a scripted recitation. Your job is not to sell them on signing. It's to get the right people in front of us. Responsibilities - Work from provided lead lists of hardscaping contractors in the GA–VA corridor - Conduct outbound calls using our JustCall dialer system - Follow our established call script and objection-handling framework (training provided) - Qualify prospects against our ICP criteria before booking - Log all activity and outcomes in [login to view URL] (CRM) - Follow up with non-answers and warm maybes on a structured cadence - Report daily call metrics and weekly appointment summary What We're Looking For - Proven B2B cold calling experience — minimum 1 year - Comfortable calling business owners; not intimidated by gatekeepers or pushback - Clear, professional spoken English — you represent our brand on every call - Organized and disciplined with follow-up; you don't let leads fall through cracks - Experience with CRM or call tracking tools ([login to view URL] and JustCall familiarity a plus) - Background in home services, construction, or trades is a strong advantage — but not required if you're a fast learner Compensation This is a part-time freelance engagement with a straightforward performance structure: - $1,250/month base (part-time hours, ~20 hrs/week) - $5 per qualified appointment booked - $500 per prospect that closes as a client If you're booking 30+ appointments per month and a normal close rate holds, your total comp will reflect it. We don't cap upside. How We Measure Success Qualified appointments booked. Not call volume, not dials per hour. We'd rather you make 40 sharp calls a day and book 2–3 real meetings than hammer 150 numbers and book nothing worth our time. A qualified appointment is a business owner in our target market who has confirmed interest, passed a basic fit check, and scheduled a specific time with our team.
