Commercial Representative for HR Mobility Start-Up

I am Ruben de Regil (Mexico) and my partner Mohammed Himu (Bangladesh) founded a start-up specialized in international Human Resources mobility. We connect companies with staffing needs in deficit sectors such as hospitality, precision agriculture, caregiving, and logistics with international workers (mainly from Bangladesh and Southeast Asia) through regulated temporary hiring programs. We provide full supervision and support throughout the entire work cycle, ensuring that hired workers return to their home country upon contract completion. We are looking for a Commercial Representative to research, identify, and establish relationships and contact with Spanish companies in labor-shortage sectors (hospitality, precision agriculture, caregiving, logistics) that face hiring difficulties or high staff turnover and are open to the possibility of hiring foreign workers on a temporary basis. **Key responsibilities:** - Research and map companies with real hiring needs in your region - Make initial contact and present our value proposition - Assess the interest and specific needs of each company - Facilitate the connection through to the signing of the service contract Your role ends when the company signs the agreement with our company. You do not manage visas, employment contracts, or immigration processes. **Ideal profile:** - Experience in B2B commercial development or HR - Professional communication and negotiation skills - Understanding of the Spanish labor market - Self-directed, results-oriented work style - Business contact network in Spain (optional, desirable) **Compensation:** - Per company that responds to the invitation: €10 - Per hired worker: €60 - Both will be paid.
