LinkedIn is the main battlefield; craft connection requests and follow-up messages that earn replies, move prospects down the funnel, and ultimately lock in meeting times. • Owning the pipeline. Keep a simple tracking sheet updated in real time—every contact, touchpoint, response, and next action clearly logged—so we both know exactly where every lead stands. • Consistent follow-through. No prospect slips through the cracks; you re-engage, nurture, and push until a firm yes or no. At the end of each week I expect: 1. A clean, up-to-date tracker (Google Sheet) 2. The count of new discovery calls booked and confirmed 3.
