I need an independent salesperson who already feels at home in the B2B world to win new office-space cleaning contracts for my commercial cleaning company on Long Island. Your day-to-day will revolve around true outbound work: cold calling decision-makers, using online research to uncover fresh leads, setting meetings, presenting our service lineup, and ultimately closing agreements worth celebrating. I will handle the operational side once a contract is signed; your focus stays on prospecting, pitching, and sealing the deal. Expect a 2 %–5 % commission on every contract you bring in, with the possibility of recurring percentages for long-term clients we retain together.
