Nordic & German B2B Cold Calls

I’m running a lead-generation campaign that targets B2B decision-makers and I need native-level callers in Latvian, Estonian, Swedish and German to bring it to life. You’ll be phoning pre-qualified company lists, uncovering interest in our product, and capturing the key data points my sales team needs to continue the conversation. Scope • Place outbound calls during local business hours in each market. • Follow a short, proven script but adapt naturally to the prospect’s tone and industry jargon. • Confirm the prospect’s role, gauge interest, and secure a clear next step (opt-in for a follow-up demo or detailed information pack). • Update a shared CRM sheet in real time so I can track progress. Deliverables – Minimum daily call volume agreed before start. – Spreadsheet or CRM entries that include: company name, contact name, direct phone/email, call summary, and outcome status. – End-of-week summary with total dials, connects, leads generated and any qualitative feedback from the market. Success Criteria 1. Accurate data capture for every positive lead. 2. At least X qualified leads per Y calls (we’ll set realistic numbers together). 3. Professional representation of our brand—no hard selling, just value-focused conversation.
