Part-Time Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – E-Waste Recycling Industry About Us: We are a mid-size Australian e-waste recycling company with a strong focus on environmental responsibility and the circular economy. The Role: We’re seeking a remote, part-time CMO (15–20 hrs/week) to provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The goal: bring clarity, structure, and growth to our marketing. Key Challenges to Solve: - Brand Consistency – Audit and unify brand across trucks, equipment, uniforms, website, social, and documents. Build a brand system we can scale. - Digital Marketing – Turn our market strengths into targeted campaigns that generate quality B2B leads. - Credibility Collateral – Create capability statements, compliance packs, and case studies that showcase our leadership. - Sales Enablement – Support business development with tailored decks, proposals, and ongoing website improvements. - Systems & Assets – Implement tools for digital asset management, marketing workflows, document templates, reporting, etc. Responsibilities: - Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned to growth goals. - Strengthen brand positioning in ethical recycling & ESG compliance. - Build digital presence via SEO, LinkedIn, content, thought leadership. - Track ROI and tie marketing to measurable revenue outcomes. Requirements: - Senior marketing leadership experience (CMO/VP Marketing). - B2B background; sustainability or industrial services a plus. - Strong in brand systems, digital marketing, and sales support. - Hands-on, outcome-focused, able to work with lean teams.
