I am looking for an experienced email deliverability expert to diagnose and resolve this.
Resolve and improve the open rate of our general emails, transactional emails, and marketing.
Currently, our deliverability rate for emails is less than 20%, and I want to find someone who can resolve this issue.
The goal of this project is to increase the open rate of our emails and to make sure that they are successful in being delivered to recipients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in improving email deliverability, implementing best practices for email success, and understanding email deliverability metrics.

Our emails are currently being delivered to the spam folder of our recipients and we need your expertise to resolve this issue.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyse our email systems and identify the reasons why they are being marked as spam?
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve email deliverability and ensure our emails land in the inbox of our
3. Improve email deliverability via
a. Gmail
b. CRM
c. Digital marketing system
4. Monitor email performance and deliverability metrics and provide regular weekly reports
5. Ensure our emails systems comply with best practices and email regulations and standards
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in Email Deliverability and a track record of resolving emails going into spam
Strong understanding of email protocols, authentication, and deliverability issues
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Gmail, SendGrid, elastic email
Familiarity with DNS, SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other email authentication protocols
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
