Magento Performance & Code Cleanup

I need an experienced Magento developer to dive into both the front-end (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, server-side logic) of our store, streamline the codebase, and push our PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals into the green. Current pain points you will be tackling: • Slow page load times • Unoptimized images and other assets • JavaScript that blocks or lingers too long • Schema markup; json-ld structured data • SEO optimization & structured internal linking. You’ll audit what exists, remove legacy or duplicate snippets, tighten the theme structure, introduce smart schema markup, and refactor any PHP that’s holding us back. A thoughtful approach to caching, bundling, and critical-CSS delivery will be essential, along with an eye for scalable architecture so we don’t regress after future updates. I’m hiring hourly and expect a transparent workflow: brief written plan, measurable milestones (baseline metrics → mid-engagement check → final results), and concise Git commits or comparable version control notes.
