Crop & Prep Four Profile JPEGs

I have four profile photos currently stored online; I’ll send you the direct links as soon as we start. Your job is to download each image, crop it for a clean head-and-shoulders composition, keep the original background intact (no transparency or white swap), and deliver back high-quality JPEGs that I can drop straight into my website’s “Meet the Team” interview section. I don’t have a fixed pixel size, but the files must look crisp on both desktop and mobile while staying lean enough for fast loading. If you have a recommended dimension or compression setting, let me know before you export so we lock it in together. Minor colour correction, exposure balancing, and subtle skin retouching are welcome as long as the result still looks natural. Please save each file with the person’s name in the filename—for example, “[login to view URL]”.
