I run a growing home-care agency and am looking for ongoing billing support for about 2–3 hours each weekday. All of our clinical documentation flows through Alora and its EVV module, while insurance submissions move through Availity, so real-world familiarity with these three platforms is essential. Your day-to-day focus will be on: • Submitting and tracking insurance claims generated in Alora • Resolving rejections or denials quickly through the Availity portal • Posting incoming payments, reconciling them against remittance advice, and flagging any variances for follow-up I’m aiming for someone with a solid mid-level background (roughly 3–5 years in home-care or medical billing) who can work independently, communicate issues as they arise, and maintain a consistently low rejection rate. This is a long-term, part-time role that can grow with the business.
