A full Bitcoin Core fork and recompile per request will not hit that, so I would keep a prebuilt Core binary and inject coin params through a generated chainparams config plus regtest, then spin the node in a container per chain. That gets you name, ticker, supply, block time and instant blocks without a compile wait. One question: do you need each generated coin to run on a separate persistent network, or is a disposable regtest sandbox per session enough? That changes the wallet and explorer design a lot.
