What is needed?
We need a reliable, transparent and experienced party that can develop a BlackBerry application for us.
Reason for the project:
Our company is three years old and is expanding rapidly. To give answer to our audience we want to expand to the major mobile platforms

the project needs to be finished within 4 weeks from start.
The size of the project:
To assess the size of the projects I will state the requested functionalities:
1. The application needs to display in its startupscreen the map of the netherlands with the weatherradarvisualisation, same as found in www.buienradar.nl. This map is provided by us via a URL that returns static images 15 minute intervals. These images are to be loaded beforehand and then put in after each other so creating the effect of an animated weather forecast map of one hour (=4 images), I then want an option to display the 2 hour weather forecast (=8 images).
2. The application need use the built-in GPS functionality of the BlackBerry and send the lattitude/longitude coordinates back as parameters in an URL. The URL will be provided by us. this URL will then send back static weathermaps with a predefined radius around the gps location. The animation must be made similar to step 1, mentioned above.
3. The application needs to post back the lattitude/longitude coordinates + the unique mobile phone ID (combined with timestamp) back as parameters in an URL provided by us. This is to know for us how many times the app is used.
