I already have a .blend file with the building massing pulled straight from OSM. What I now need is for every facade to look as close to its real-world counterpart as possible. That means proper window cuts, frames and glass materials, roof pitches and coverings that match the real buildings, and a library of textures that goes well beyond the small set shown in the online guide you may have seen. Realism is the priority; the finished scene should stand up to close-up camera moves. You will receive the current Blender scene, links to the OSM data I used, and a location reference so you can grab or generate any extra textures you need. I’m happy to supply photographs if that accelerates the work. In addition to the general texturing pass, one specific task is to add a straightforward, functional balcony to a single building that I’ll point out. Nothing ornate—just a convincing everyday balcony integrated with the facade and UV-mapped so it blends perfectly. Deliverables are the updated .blend file and any external texture folders like in this tutorial.
