Solidity developer with algorithem development skills

I have source code for open source service, written by Solidity language, I need a developer to open the code and give me the full explanation of modified PageRank algorithm used in the service and write the equation in word document with written example of the solution. Also I want to do small modification on that algorithm so developer should be able to help in understanding and write it in proper way on paper. The work should get done today.
