Highly appreciated and abosolutely needed is an expert (long-time experienced) for this technology, proven in concept work (algorithms, "Proof-of-concept" tokenization, etc.) and who can analyize the" "Pro" and "cons" of latest BC. variants, sub-solutions of blockchain and bitcoin; showing relevant advantages, a.s.o. Must is it in English, ideal option would be to do it in French, Spanish, German, too ! Very deep knowledege, i.e. breakdown work, Identify and focus on Audience, how to Structure and how to Design the PITCH DESK, Cover Page (selection), Images For Explanation and Relief, Jazzing up this Whitepaper, Common Pitfalls to Avoid, summary for decision, ... SCOPE: up 15-20 pages (only!).
