Job Description:
We need someone to create a WhitePaper document.
The whitepaper includes:
Detailed information about the crypto asset being issued;
technical parameters and rights incorporated in it,
information about the issuers of the crypto asset,
information on the risks associated with investing in cryptoassets.
The issuer must also take into account measures against market abuse, whereby it is obliged to protect inside information against misuse and, in turn, to make this information available to the public in a timely manner.
What specific information to include in the whitepaper::

A clear and understandable description of any specific project that will be funded through the issuance of your own tokens (if you have a specific project, provide as much information about it as possible, including completion dates, costs, etc.) - no need to mention the specific project by name, but at least describe how the funds from the token issuance will be used:
7. Description of the company's prospects (expectations):
8. Strategy and objectives - description of the issuer's business strategy and strategic objectives (both financial and non-financial, if any); this description takes into account the issuer's future challenges and prospects. Where relevant, the description shall take into account the regulatory environment in which the issuer operates.

We are creating a platform to enable tokenization of real estate so that retail investors can invest in small parts of real estate. We want to build MasterWorks for real estate.
