Professional Email Marketer create campaign Mailchimp/Wordpress

Hello, I need a professional email marketer/writer to use Mailchimp to setup up the backend of my customer contact, and drip campaign. I am using Mailchimp now sparingly. I am open to any ideas if it is reliable and cost effective. As we complete our service for a customer we want them to receive notification based on a timed schedule. We do business directory submission and our completed work is organized in a excel spreadsheet. The email campaign would start once the excel spreadsheet is ready. Each of the listings will email out to the client on predetermined cycle or day. It should be set up so I can add additional directories into the campaign Add the word GOGO in your response so I know you read my requirements and can get done quickly.
