I am putting together a pocket-sized Bluetooth thermal printer built around an ESP32 and the LPT02 print head, and I need the full electronics package designed. What I already know • Core MCU: ESP32 (for Bluetooth LE) • Power & I/O: USB-C for charging and programming, a 700 mAh Li-Po, a single on/off button and a small status LED • Print mechanism: LPT02 thermal head What I need from you 1. A compact schematic that ties all of this together, including help choosing: – the most space-efficient ESP32/Bluetooth module variant – a reliable, low-profile battery-management/charging IC suited to USB-C – an on/off control scheme that avoids parasitic drain yet keeps BOM count low 2. A production-ready PCB layout that meets the size constraint without compromising signal integrity or thermal performance. 3. All manufacturing outputs: clean Gerbers, drill files, annotated BOM with sourcing suggestions, and pick-and-place data. 4. (Nice to have) A simple enclosure concept—STL—showing standoff heights, port cut-outs, and mounting for the LPT02. If you have experience squeezing ESP32 designs into tight spaces and have previously delivered working printer or battery-powered IoT boards, I’d love to see your approach.
