I understand you need a professional, print-ready format for your 12,000-word mystery novel, much like the polished manuscripts I've prepared for other fiction authors. My expertise lies in transforming raw text into publication-ready documents that meet industry standards, ensuring your third-person limited narrative shines. My approach involves meticulous application of Microsoft Word's advanced formatting tools. I will set up a print-specific document template, establish proper pagination with running headers/footers, manage chapter breaks and headings with styles for consistency, and implement precise margin and gutter settings. I’ll meticulously check for widow/orphan control, consistent font usage, and ensure all elements adhere to standard print publishing specifications. To ensure a perfect fit, could you clarify your preferred trim size and bleed requirements? I’m confident I can deliver a high-quality, professional format. Let’s schedule a brief call to discuss the specifics.
