We are seeking a part-time assistant to handle phone calls and showings of vacant homes and apartments (no lease negotiations, simply showing the unit). If this works out we could use additional assistance accepting phone calls and texts from current tenants to diagnose issues and send appropriate maintenance/handymen. This could get to approximately 5-10 hours per month right now and most things can be handled via phone, but sometimes requires after normal business hours calls, texts and emails due to the nature of the business. If this doesn't bother you and you are reliable, organized, and looking for a long-term side gig to earn supplemental easy income please respond. You must have your own smart phone and laptop. Should also be somewhat technologically savvy though you won't need anything complicated, simply knowing how to utilize a few key productivity applications and searches. This job is really more about attitude and reliability, integrity and willingness to figure things out to get them done. Its an easy opportunity to make some money on the side mostly via your phone and computer. We may also need some bookkeeping skills at some point.
