The ideal candidate will have experience integrating AI language models like OpenAI GPT-3 or Dialogflow into websites and developing chatbots that can respond to customer queries in a human-like manner.
Responsibilities:
Work with the website development team to integrate a conversational AI model into the website
Train the AI model using customer support data and other relevant training data
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the chatbot over time
