Scope of Work (SOW) for Branding, Graphics & Artwork Design Company: Infudrip Life Sciences LLP Industry: Pharmaceutical Marketing & Distribution ________________________________________ 1. Objective Infudrip Life Sciences LLP is seeking a long-term creative partner to manage all branding, graphics, and artwork design requirements. The goal is to establish a consistent brand identity across all platforms (print, digital, and social media) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs for promotional and operational needs. ________________________________________ 2. Scope of Services The vendor will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supplying all design requirements of Infudrip Life Sciences LLP. Broadly, the services will include: A. Brand Identity Development & Maintenance • Designing & finalizing the brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layouts, tone). • Logo usage guidelines & brand consistency manual. • Templates for internal and external communications. B. Corporate & Marketing Collateral • Company brochures (corporate profile, product catalogs). • Flyers, pamphlets, posters. • Visiting cards, letterheads, envelopes, email signatures. • Corporate presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote templates). C. Product & Packaging Design • Product labels (compliant with pharma regulations). • Mono cartons / boxes. • Bottle/strip/sachet packaging artwork. • Design adaptation for different SKUs. D. Social Media & Digital Artwork • Festival greetings & seasonal creatives. • Product launch campaigns. • Social media posts, reels, banners, cover photos. • Digital advertisements (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). • Infographics for awareness & product education. E. Promotional & Event Material • Standee designs, backdrops, signage. • Product detailers (for medical representatives). • Training manuals, doctor-patient information leaflets. • Merchandise artwork (t-shirts, pens, diaries, etc.). F. Ongoing Support & Adaptations • Quick turnaround edits for existing artworks. • Adaptation of existing designs into different formats/sizes. • Support for any ad-hoc branding/graphic requirements. ________________________________________ 3. Deliverables • Editable source files (AI, PSD, INDD, CDR as applicable). • Print-ready files (PDF, CMYK format). • Web/digital optimized files (JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4 where applicable). • Consistent artwork across all touchpoints, aligned with brand identity. ________________________________________ 4. Vendor Expectations • Act as a long-term creative partner for Infudrip Life Sciences LLP. • Provide timely delivery of artwork (standard & urgent requirements). • Ensure confidentiality of all product and company data. • Maintain a dedicated point of contact for communication. • Stay updated on pharmaceutical branding compliance & norms. ________________________________________ 5. Engagement Model The vendor may be engaged on either: • Retainer Basis: Monthly fixed fee covering defined scope of work & support. • Project Basis: Per project pricing for specific deliverables. (Final model to be decided mutually). ________________________________________ 6. Evaluation Criteria Vendors will be assessed based on: • Past experience in pharma/healthcare branding. • Portfolio of relevant work. • Team capability and design tools expertise. • Cost-effectiveness & flexibility for long-term engagement. • Ability to provide creative + regulatory compliant solutions. ________________________________________ 7. Additional Notes • The vendor should proactively suggest new creative ideas for brand promotion. • Flexibility to handle urgent requirements (e.g., sudden product launch, festival creatives). • Infudrip Life Sciences LLP reserves the right to request revisions until satisfaction.
