I use Glasshive to run all outbound marketing for our small MSP and I’m ready to step it up with visually engaging, on-brand infographics I can drop straight into the platform’s email engine. The goal is to cross-sell the following specific services 1. DMARC configuration (e.g. why DMARC should be configured to reject - and the benefits of email security in doing so) 2. email filtering (spam, malware, malicious attachments etc. We use Proofpoint and they have a lot of statistics publicly available to choose from) 3. SAT (e.g. training to educate employees on email hygiene, pitfalls and scams, all to protect the business from attack. Again, we use Proofpoint and they have a lot of publicly available statistics to quote and collateral to use) 4. 365 & SaaS backups (e.g. most clients assume Microsoft does this by default, but they don't. Explain why clients need it, have the reassurance of knowing that an email they deleted by accident last week or last year can be restored etc) 5. MDM (e.g. mobile device management that locks down BYOD mobile devices so that corporate data can't be accidentally or maliciously shared - as well as giving IT the ability to remotely wipe corporate data if the device is lost/stolen.) 6. BCDR (e.g. having a backup is not enough; it needs to be tested monthly and periodically a full BCDR - Business Continuity Disaster Restore - simulation performed to ensure the data can be restored from complete failure/hack. I use Veeam to backup any client that has servers; we can simulate a full restore of the servers; you should be able to find testimonials and statistics/info on Veeam's website. We also use a third party for 365 backups which likewise need to be tested regularly. There is already a lot of collateral on this in Glasshive) 7. Support (e.g. why they need to get regular support from my MSP business, patching, security patch management, either as monthly service or a fully managed, AYCE - All You Can Eat - flat fee offering; e.g why patching is so important to protect an environment; why they save money by having a contactable, knowledgeable and professional IT service through us) 8. Network patching and support (e.g. why they need us to monitor all network traffic, ensure that physical firewalls & printers & IoT devices are all monitored and patched to observe/prevent malicious activity. e.g. find quotes/statistics demonstrating risk of unpatched IoT devices) 9. Webhosting (e.g. I don't attempt to be the cheapest in reselling web hosting so I need to sell this on service; we are contactable for any website issues; we monitor the clients' websites so they're always online; we automatically provide SSL certificates to ensure it's secure; we can also, as an optional extra paid service, lock down access to block certain countries like China, Iran, Russia etc to protect their site from being hacked etc) we also automatically control patching of Wordpress and plugins to ensure the latest build and security on client's websites. 10. DNS hosting (e.g. why my MSP business can do this better than others, with fast lookups, prompt access to changes, we are contactable and always ready to help etc.) 11. SOC & SIEM services. (e.g. explain why a small business needs to go the next level in security - and get 24x7 monitoring from multiple sources i.e. 365, devices, firewalls etc. We use a combination of ConnectWise Perch and Huntress SOC & SIEM which provide great testimonials, content, persuasive marketing etc. Target small business owners and decision makers, explaining why they need this.) 12. EDR/XDR. (e.g. we use Huntress & Microsoft Defender for Business to achieve this endpoint protection. Info & marketing material is readily available online from both vendors. Explain why having Huntress monitor devices 24x7 helps my MSP business protect them from malware and being hacked, even on Xmas day when the rest of the world are on holiday. Don't identify Huntress by name as the vendor we use for this service, but use their marketing collateral to explain the benefits) 13. Identity protection (we use Huntress ITDR to monitor 365 logs to provide this service. Explain why protecting identity is just as important as protecting devices nowadays. Explain the risks of not protecting identities, impossible travel events, detection of VPNs to mask malicious access etc. A lot of material is readily available on Huntress' website) 14. AI and how to use it. (e.g. explain why using Copilot AI can bring enormous benefits but AI can also have risks. Demonstrate value to small business owners giving Australian based examples. e.g. [login to view URL] Explain that turning on AI won't immediately bring results without using my services to train their employees, customise it, implement etc. Explain how AI can save and generate money - but each business will need my assistance to achieve that. Explain the risks of letting employees access unapproved AI and how that could compromise company data e.g. Deepseek having Chinese ownership implies potential access by the Chinese goverment. There is already a lot of collateral on this topic in Glasshive) 15. Cybersecurity & Zero Trust. (e.g. explain the benefits of the Zero Trust framework; how risks can be dramatically reduced; Explain how regular audits of cybersecurity can reveal new exposure. Essentially i want the client to sign up to my managed services to protect them from all risks We use ThreatLocker & MIcrosoft Conditional Access policies to deploy Zero Trust.) 16. Cyber insurance (e.g. explain common criteria of cybersecurity insurers and how we can help clients meet those criteria. Demonstrate the value of being cyber insured to protect their business. Some insurers want Essential & compliance, or certain baseline security; show how my MSP business can reduce their premiums by improving their cybersecurity) 17 Application control. (e.g. we use ThreatLocker to achieve this. Clients need to understand why they should limit their employees to a set list of apps and deny others to prevent 'shadow IT' - also unapproved sharing platforms like Google Drive/Dropbox which can potentially used to exflitrate data, knowingly or not. This could include permitting specific approved AI apps and blocking unapproved ones. Threatlocker have some good marketing material on app control as well as shadow IT etc.) 18. Email Signature platform (e.g. tout the benefits of a standardised signature that advertises their business in a consistent, replicable way, no matter which platform/device is used to send emails. e.g. it's almost impossible to send a decent signature from an iPhone - but we use CodeTwo to attach a perfectly formatted signature in the cloud after the user hits Send. Use collateral from CodeTwo to demonstrate who else uses it and why even small businesses should too) 19 Vulnerability Patching (e.g. similar to #7 & #8, but more targeted towards vulnerabilities. e.g. Apple regularly release patches but most people don't realise that's to protect their platform from known vulnerabilities that are, on occasion, actively being hacked by parties who've released malicious code. Vulnerabilities can be in Windows, printers, IoTs, websites etc etc. We can manage the entire thing for clients. Demonstrate why it’s important.) 20 - 3rd Party application & device patching (e.g. similar to #7, #8 & #19 - but I want to send this as a potentially independent one-pager for specific clients. Demonstrate how failing to patch older apps can expose vulnerabilities to malicious actors. e.g. give statistics how hackers frequently manage to penetrate organisations, not from zero day attacks, but from unpatched apps/devices that have had patches available for months. Present this in language that will appeal to a business owner rather than getting bogged in too much technical detail. 21 - Hardware Refresh Assessment (e.g. determine the age of assets used by the company and come up with a plan to keep devices under warranty and prevent being stuck with a device that cannot be repaired/isn't supported by the vendor. e.g. laptops, printers, routers, firewalls, switches, access points etc etc.) 22 - Password Vault management. (e.g. tout how a password manager - we use Keeper - allows them to store complex passwords for every website/portal/vendor and never need to remember them again. Highlight the dangers of passwords that aren't complex or don't use MFA - incidentally Keeper can store and automatically populate a 2FA/MFA code which saves time and hassle. I find a number of businesses keep an Excel spreadsheet with all their common passwords… maybe use this as the header: are you still using Excel to store all your passwords? Remind business owners that keeping them in such an insecure location, even if it's password protected, can easily be compromised, passed on to someone outside the business, taken by an employee to their next employer, etc. Use any marketing collateral/statistics from Keeper, without naming them) 23 Microsoft licensing audit. (e.g. highlight how having the wrong licence, or incorrect number of licences, can waste money. Offer a free audit to check if their existing licences are fit for purpose and best value for money. This item doesn't need a second one-pager as follow-up, the free audit will suffice.) I need the 1-2 -pager to clear show benefits and real-world client wins that speak directly to busy small-business owners. I also need a follow-up 1-2 -pager/short article that I can offer as a free service to anyone that wants to proceed... to give the appearance of added value for accepting my offer to meet with them to discuss implementation... Here’s what I’m after: • One standalone, 1-2 pager scrollable infographic for each service (16 total) that fits Glasshive’s recommended dimensions and exports cleanly to PNG/PDF for campaign use. e.g. there is a lot of content in Glasshive already available for a number of the items above - One standalone, 1-2 pager follow-up scrollable infographic or article with scraped content for each service (16 total) that fits Glasshive’s recommended dimensions and exports cleanly to PNG/PDF for campaign use. This is the free offering as a bonus for accepting my invitation to meet and discuss/quote implementation. I expect you will be able to find content in both Glasshive and other publicly available sources to present something of genuine value to a client. e.g. 'book in an appointment and receive this extra bonus material - absolutely free.' Content should be readily available from Huntress, Microsoft, Veeam, Proofpoint, Glasshive etc. - links to relevant content from reputable sites explaining more - but please don't include links to my competitors. • Copy that spotlights the tangible security and productivity gains of adopting the service, backed by short client quotes or stats to build trust. e.g. for item #1 explain in layman's terms what DMARC is and why configuring it to reject secures their mail • Cohesive look and feel across all pieces so they can be strung together in a nurture sequence or sent individually. - Emails created/configured in Glasshive for each of the 16 items above with the one-pager content, automatically configured to supply the extra free material if they sign up for a meeting • My logo, colour palette and a single CTA panel baked in so the graphics require zero fiddling once uploaded to Glasshive. I’ll supply branding assets (which are already in Glasshive incidentally); I expect you'll be able to locate testimonial snippets from other reputable sources (e.g. Proofpoint, Microsoft, Veeam etc) online. You bring the creative flair, MSP-savvy copy, and experience working inside Glasshive (or at least familiarity with its content guidelines) so the final files drop in without rework. I want it to be persuasive to small business owners (
