Would you be willing to work with me on the architectural plans for the 4000K house?
I already did and almost got approved plans for 9942 Sq Ft, but we decided to make it 4000 sq Ft (based on the existing design, elements, and layout - went through San Diego County already 2 rounds ).
- Providing an architectural set of plans based on CA building codes for San Diego County review and approval.
- Location Plan: Showing property boundaries, orientation, surrounding context, access points, topographical information (if relevant), setback requirements, and zoning overlays.
- Site Plans: Detailed site layout with dimensions, landscape elements, parking and driveway configuration, utility connections, drainage systems, and outdoor living spaces.
- Detailed Floor Plan: Complete room layouts with dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window schedules, built-in furniture, storage solutions, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts, and ceiling heights.
- Elevations: All four exterior facades with material specifications, window and door placements, roof details, external architectural features, and height measurements.
- Sections: Key cross-sections showing vertical spatial relationships, construction details, foundation and roof assembly details, and interior height relationships.
- 3D Renderings: Exterior views, key interior spaces, landscape integration, material and finish visualization, lighting studies, and context integration.
- Review and correct all San Diego County building department notes until final approval.
- The full set ready for the submittal will be completed in 2 weeks
