Built Cabin needs plans copied for a manual

I recently completed a garden spa cabin/office project (it's almost a 1 bedroom bungalow) that has been built within town planning building regulations (it is not a dwelling so no approvals needed) but to a very high spec with the latest high spec building materials, insulation and electrics. I would like to do this again but further afield with a separate project manager. There I need all the above to be put into a manual for the next build. Essential requirements are to draw/CAD workable plans, guide on the wording for the build (e.g. instruction manual) along with a buy list. You may want to visit the site and there is the potential for creative elements of visuals, photo edits, adaptations to the length and width, etc.
