I need to convert part of my garage into a small shower room with toilet and washbasin. Requirements: - Install new plumbing, cold water only with electric water heating, no existing connections are available in th e required space. Nearest water in adjoining utility room. - Move existing electrical distribution box currently mounted in garage backing onto playroom wall to new position to be determined - Build an enclosed shower, along with a toilet and washbasin. - external garage walls are cavity brick and block construction - excavate and construct new drain for toilet shower and washbasin to existing y joint in manhole inspection chamber within garage. Currently fed from utility room to main drain Ideal Skills: - Private building inspector, or able to work with local authority building inspector - able to provide full drawings or happy to proceed with building notice route - Full knowledge of Building control standards for part garage conversions Please share your portfolio and relevant experience.
