Concept Visualization of a Colony Garden Area

We are planning a new colony garden area and would like a concept visualization to present to stakeholders and future members. Project Scope 30–40 plots (each about 120 m²). Each plot allows a small cottage (about 20 m²) in classic Swedish style, inspired by Astrid Lindgren’s countryside houses (wood, verandas, pitched roofs). Natural walking paths between the plots. Bushes/greenery between plots. A service building and a small common area for events (e.g., midsummer celebrations). We Need 1. An overview site plan (simple sketch style is fine, showing plots, paths, greenery). 2. 2–3 3D renders: Bird’s-eye view of the whole area. Ground perspective with some cottages and green surroundings. We Will Provide A basic area map. Sketches and photo references for cottage style and general inspiration. Important Notes This is only for concept visualization (not detailed construction drawings). We are a small community project with a limited budget, so please propose a cost-effective solution.
