Design Simple Floor Plans

I have a house that I will be building, and need floorplans for the rendering.
I’m giving a fellow designer or architect creative freedom to come up with their interpretation of a tiny house, on steroids. Most tiny houses are approximately 450 - 700sq
This project of mine will be approximately be between 1500 -1600sq.
Let this rendering be your guide.
Wish list: (first floor) at the back modern kitchen layout with dining to the side (counter seating for 4, and dining table seating for 4), a spacious living room that can have a fire place/TV combo inlined with a large sofa, a proper entrance in the front with stairs to the left or right. Would love a hallway to the car port area and kitchen, with somewhere near that a 1/2 bath and mudroom.
Second floor, I would like 2 bedrooms that can easily fit a queen size bed with closets, one having its own master suit, and an office/ 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom that can be used by any room. If possible I would like a laundry room on the second floor but will settle for one on the first floor in the 1/2.
Don’t worry about the placement of the windows but just make sure that the front façade maintains its modern integrity.
