Develop and manage a permit to the Maryland State Highway Administration

Our Homeowner's Association plans on making repairs to our Use in Common Driveways. Four of these driveways are private driveways which access State Road #189, Falls Road, in Potomac Maryland. Part of these driveways are within the State Road Right of Way (ROW).

The HOA is seeking an Engineer Consultant to draft and process a District Office Permit to allow the HOA to make repairs in the State road ROW. Preference is given to those who have worked with the Maryland State Highway Administration, who are experienced in handling ADA considerations, Development of site plans, handling drainage and stormwater discharge and satisfying the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration Standards and Specifications.
