I want a layout plan and a 3000 square foot home designed for me. I have photos of how I want the layout and adjustments need to be made. Front porch seating area and swing. Back yard with nice deck and screen porch on the right ( 1 level up ) Maximum 7 bedroom Maximum 2 bathroom and 1 powder room (one to be the master on-suit) A mud room with laundry and back door instead of a window like the photo I am showing included in the same room, open concept main level with a fireplace, pantry behind kitchen. I have an example of exactly what I want on the main level. Entry and to the right would be an office and to the left would be a formal dining space and entry to the stairs, main living and open kitchen with large 5 seater island. Master bedroom with a walk through closet to the master bath. The 2nd story level would have most of the bedrooms ( 6 rooms )and I’m hoping to have a little open space for 2nd family room on 2nd level (kids play area) A full bath on main level and a half bath in the basement Also basement will have a studio ( for work) closed room and a sewing room also for work ( separate )closed room The basement will also have a mini bar in corner, and the movie rec room area (open ) (if needed add a guest bedroom in basement) (7th** room maybe) 2 car garage attached I need atleast 1,400 square foot on the main level 800 square feet on the 2nd storey level 800 square feet in basement Here are some of the stuff I wanted. I need a full plan written so we can start the process of our lot approval. I want contemporary/modern farmhouse look White slabs black window trims, black shingles
