Japandi Duplex architectural design + 3D Australia -- 2

The project is to design and prepare a full set of architectural drawings and documentation for a single story duplex residential development suitable for submission under the NSW CDC (Complying Development Certificate) process. This is a single story duplex, each unit to be 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 garage. Each unit approx. 200sqm but will be dependent on balance between design and cost. Looking for a minimalist, japandi design utilising natural materials and tones. Required Architectural Drawings & Documentation The scope will include, but is not limited to: 1. Site Analysis & Planning • Site Plan showing boundaries, setbacks, existing features, north point, and levels. • Site Coverage & Landscaping Calculations in line with CDC requirements. 2. Architectural Design & Plans •Floor Plan – including all dimensions, room labels, fixtures, and circulation. • Roof Plan – roof form, pitches 3. Elevations & Sections • Four (4) External Elevations showing materials, heights, setbacks, and openings. • At least two Building Sections to demonstrate compliance with floor-to-ceiling heights, roof heights, and relationship to natural ground. I also wish to have a 3D model to visualise the design ready to create renders.
