We can take your current plan set and implement all of these PC 4 corrections directly onto Sheets P-1 through P-4. Here is how we will handle it: Site Plan (P-1): We will plot the precise property lines, dimensions, and right-of-way from the 1954 Tract Map, and add the required north arrows and data tables. Architectural Details (P-2 & P-3): We'll add the specific callouts for the 18" deck height, verify the guardrail exemption (R312.1), and detail the 6" riser / 11" tread stair dimensions. Structural Framing (P-4): We will draft and verify the structural sections for the 12" footings with #4 rebar, the double 2x12 PT deck beams, the solid 2x10 rim joist, and all the required Simpson connections (ABU44Z and CC4Z). General Notes: We will add the required stormwater BMPs, waste management notes, and AQMD info. If Fullerton requires a Professional Engineer (PE) to stamp these structural revisions, we can seal them directly in-house. Otherwise, we'll prep the files exactly as requested for Kyle/Christina to sign.
