I have a hand-sketched layout for a small summer mini house and its surrounding site, and I need it translated into a clean, accurate digital drawing. Think of it as turning my pencil lines into a professional modern plan that I can hand straight to builders and utilities teams. The sketch already marks out the living space, bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms inside the house, but I also need the external elements drawn in: parking arrangement, a compact guard’s room, clear pedestrian pathways and the primary utility runs (water, power, sewage) that tie everything together. The overall look should feel modern—simple, well-proportioned and easy to read at a glance. Please base all dimensions and room adjacencies on the sketch while applying sensible wall thicknesses, door swings, window placements and scale. If you spot clashes or see ways to optimise circulation or service routes, note them alongside the drawing so I can review. Deliverables • Scaled floor plan of the summer mini house (PDF + editable DWG or equivalent) • Site/layout plan showing parking bay(s), guard’s room, pathways and labelled utility lines • A legend and brief notes highlighting materials or modern design cues assumed in the drawing • One revision round to fine-tune dimensions or minor layout tweaks after my review I’ll share the scanned sketch as soon as we start.
