The house will include two to three bedrooms, so please optimise the layout for everyday family living while keeping the footprint economical to construct. Here’s what I’m expecting: • Conceptual and final floor plans showing efficient circulation, clear zones for common and private spaces, and plenty of natural light • Front, rear, and side elevations that express classic Traditional details without excessive ornamentation—think balanced façades, pitched rooflines, and welcoming porch elements • A basic site plan positioned for good curb appeal and sensible driveway access • Scaled construction drawings in PDF and editable CAD (DWG) formats that a local builder can take straight to permit review • Optional but appreciated: a few rendered perspectives to help me visualise materials and massing Local code research is on me, but flag anything that looks non-standard so we can adjust early.
