Email Warm-Up & Deliverability Specialist Required

Job Title: Email Marketer Needed for Email Warm-Up & Deliverability Improvement Description: We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in email warm-up strategies and deliverability optimization. The main focus of this role will be to gradually warm up new or inactive email accounts, build sender reputation, and ensure emails consistently land in inboxes rather than spam. Responsibilities: Warm up multiple email accounts systematically using best practices. Manage and monitor sending volume to avoid blacklisting or deliverability issues. Implement authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) as needed. Track inbox placement, bounce rates, and sender reputation across accounts. Provide clear reporting on warm-up progress and deliverability improvements. Advise on strategies to maintain healthy deliverability long-term. Requirements: Demonstrated experience with email warm-up tools or manual warm-up strategies. Strong knowledge of email deliverability factors (DNS, IP reputation, sending limits). Familiarity with platforms like Gmail, Outlook, and transactional email providers. Ability to troubleshoot spam issues and recommend corrective actions.
