Business or Marketing Consultant of the US market for an IT company

We are an IT company, we have an amazing bpm low-code software and we want to enter the US market, so we are analysing this opportunity at the moment. We need a business consultant who can give us answers on our questions, for example:
- what digital marketing channels work the best in product promotion
- who is looking for a new software
- who makes the last decision
- what are the criteria for choosing a particular IT company (publications in media, testimonials rating on different website or nothing of it matters)
- what brand colors are the best to use
and so on.
Basically we need a person who has an experience in/with an IT company in the US, it'd be great if this company develops bpms, low-code, or if this company purchased such software and you know the process. We will probably need several sessions.
