We’re a performance-focused growth marketing agency running Google and Meta paid traffic for values-led businesses. Strategy, ad copy, and creative direction are already defined internally—now we’re looking for a technically disciplined Campaign Data Analyst to protect data integrity, surface real performance signals, and help us prioritize efforts across active and upcoming campaigns. Your role is to ensure campaigns are technically sound, tracking is accurate, and revenue-driving performance signals are clearly surfaced to guide internal prioritization and execution. One of the most critical parts of this role is balancing currently active campaigns with new campaign launches. When campaigns begin slowing, seasonal positioning is ending, a promotion is starting, or a sale is wrapping up, you will identify these shifts early and help the team reallocate focus and attention accordingly. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week, Monday–Friday), with opportunities to expand as we scale. > What We’re Looking For - A technically minded ads specialist who enjoys QA, monitoring, and diagnostics more than brainstorming creative ideas. - Someone who understands tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversions)—not just performance headlines. - A structured thinker who can distinguish between true performance signals and random data fluctuation. - Someone who can recognize when campaign momentum is changing and adjust monitoring priorities accordingly. - A calm, methodical operator who knows when to flag issues versus when to monitor. - A disciplined executor who respects scope and escalates rather than overrides. > Responsibilities > > Campaign Monitoring & Prioritization - Monitor active Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns based on approved internal structures. - Identify early signs of performance fatigue, seasonal decline, or budget inefficiency. - Detect shifts related to promotions, launches, or sales cycles. - Help prioritize attention between scaling campaigns and new campaign rollouts. - Escalate when spend allocation or campaign timing requires adjustment. > > Paid Ads Technical Setup & QA - QA campaigns before launch (links, tracking, placements, integrations). - Monitor live campaigns for delivery issues, disapprovals, or tracking errors. - Escalate immediately if tracking integrity or spend integrity is compromised. - Act as a second layer of validation before and after ads go live. > > Tracking & Tag Management - Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager. - Implement and verify Google Ads conversion tags and Meta Pixel standard events. - Validate tag firing using GTM Preview, Tag Assistant, and platform diagnostics. - Identify discrepancies between ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., GA4). - Document tags, triggers, and changes clearly for internal reference. > > Revenue Signal Monitoring & Reporting - Monitor which headlines and descriptions consistently attract clicks. - Identify which hooks generate engagement. - Track which value propositions correlate with conversion activity. - Observe audience-angle performance patterns. - Prepare structured internal summaries outlining: -- What is working -- What is underperforming -- What patterns are emerging (confidence level: high / medium / low) -- Where team focus should shift based on campaign lifecycle stage > > Insight Structuring for Revenue Systems - Extract validated performance signals once statistically meaningful. - Organize findings into structured internal documentation. - Outline prioritization recommendations based on campaign timing and lifecycle stage. - Support internal clarity using validated performance data. > Requirements - Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Experience setting up and validating conversion tracking. - Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager. - Strong attention to detail—this role lives in the details. - Ability to recognize seasonal trends, campaign fatigue, and lifecycle shifts. - Comfort working with data, diagnostics, and pattern recognition. - Ability to document issues clearly and escalate appropriately. - Reliable availability (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday). > Job Details - Hours: 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday.
