As a facilitation expert, with exceptional communication skills and design thinking skills, you will help to plan, coordinate, and deliver the design and use cases for development projects in the area of digital workspace and augmented reality.
In this role, you will lead sessions to educate and facilitate team workshops on human-centered customer-centric design concepts, focusing on the vision, people, process, leadership, and technology needed to digitally transform their organization and optimize value.
Develop and Implement design thinking and organizational change management workshops for use with development projects with a focus on people, process, leadership, technology, and vision
Lead internal customer workshops to generate innovative, value-based use cases
Analyze industrial trends and customer business objectives to deliver relevant training and workshops
Develop a consulting approach to conceptualize, define, drive, and execute engagement and culture change strategies
Participate in strategizing and planning sessions to help solve client issues
Work with stakeholder, at all levels, to clearly articulate complex concepts and ideas
Provide facilitation thought leadership and coaching to the team
Be a passionate advocate Digital Transformation Advisory and be able to clearly articulate a vision and service offerings in the area of digital workspace
Role is for a global Telco client and the requirement is for a month initially. 1 week to travel to India, 2 weeks in the UK and a week on-call for needs as they arise. Day rate up to 450 gbp per day. Ideally UK based but this is not a deal breaker, although you will have to pay for travel costs to uk for 2 weeks, but India travel is paid for by company.
