Dr. Bhasker Dasgupta is currently a Director at Coindesu Technologies Private Limited since October 2016. Previously, he was the General Manager - Global Infrastructure Management at HCL Technologies Limited until November 2015. Mr. Dasgupta is an accomplished manager with 32+ years of experience in IT , ITES and Telecom Global Remote Infrastructure Services across multiple technologies domain and business lines. He is presently handling a team of 450(+/- 5%) employees, working for 24X7 global supports for different projects with a set off defined SOW and SLA. His responsibility includes meeting KPI and operational excellence, customer satisfaction (CSAT), P&L Target of 30 M USD of existing business, attrition control and employee's satisfaction. His various positions includes General Manager, Remote Infra Structure Management Services (Service Delivery), Project Manager / Program Manager, Regional Manager, Customer support function, Customer Support Engineer. Dr. Dasgupta is doctorate (PhD) in Strategic marketing named Blue Ocean Strategy with respect to Indian IT industry.
