Commission-Based Business Development Partner Needed

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Partner to help generate new projects in web development, software solutions, and coding-related services. This role is entirely commission-based, offering 10% of the confirmed project budget for every successfully closed deal. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients seeking web development, application development, or coding services. Promote our capabilities and service offerings to prospective leads. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, estimates, and timelines. Facilitate introductions and maintain communication between clients and the delivery team. Drive contract closure and ensure smooth project handover. Requirements Strong networking, sales, or business development background. Basic understanding of web development and coding services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven and able to work independently. Access to professional contacts, platforms, or networks to generate leads. Compensation 10% commission on the total budget of each successfully secured project. Payments are made once the client confirms the project and initial payment is received. Example If a project budget is $10,000, you earn $1,000 commission.
