The 8 Flats of (Rs.30,000/- each excluding Electricity / Water / Maintaince) will be available for Lease excluding Elecrticty / Water / Maintaince from Jan-2029 to Jan-2035 for 6 years. Leaase is Adv. / Caution Deposit is Rs. 25,00,000 and Lease amt. is Rs. 1.75 Cr. we are looking for Companies from various Industries Manufacturing / Banking / BPO - KPO / Education / Finance / Medical / FMCG / Food Industry / Education / Insurance / Pharma / logistics / Sales & Marketing industries. Per Flat Lease for 6 years is Rs. 22 Lakhs (excluding Electricity Bill / Water / Maintaince) Two Flats Lease for 6 years is Rs. 44 Lakhs (excluding Electricity Bill / Water / Maintaince) Eight Flats for 6 years is Leaase is Adv. / Caution Deposit is Rs. 25,00,000 and Lease amt. is Rs. 1.75 Cr. We are looking for 1 - 4 - Clients..... ***** This is Target based Business. we are looking for Out bound BPO Call Center, Cold / Hot Caller's and appointment setters to complete Sales and sign Contract. Once deal is Fixed and Lease Agreement is signed and amount is transferred & registered. Your Sales Target is achieved (ie.
