I need a sharp, energetic fresher (0–2 years) to step straight into a client-facing Business Development Growth Associate role at our Gurgaon office. You will shadow founders, sit across the table from C-suite executives, and spend roughly a third of your month travelling across India turning first meetings into lasting partnerships. Because the job revolves around bringing our story to life in boardrooms and on the road, rock-solid public-speaking ability is non-negotiable. Fluent English and Hindi, a polished presence, and natural confidence with people will set you up for success. Everything else—sales process, outreach playbooks, deal-closing frameworks—I will coach you on personally so you can fast-track to a Senior BD title within 12 months. This position starts immediately, so only apply if you can join on short notice and work on-site in Gurgaon while remaining travel-ready (30–40 % of the time). Show me, in your proposal, situations where you have used public speaking to influence or persuade—campus events, internships, debates, anything that proves you can command a room.
