Export Manager for Pharmaceutical Expansion

Primeus Biolabs is a manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Vitamins, Amino Acids, Prebiotics, and Probiotics. As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced Export Manager to guide us in establishing and scaling our presence in international markets. Role Overview: We are looking for a professional who can provide end-to-end guidance in developing our export business, including market identification, entry strategy, and compliance requirements. The role will involve helping us initiate operations in ROW (Rest of World) markets and progressively support our transition into regulated markets such as the US and EU. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential international markets and business opportunities Develop market entry and expansion strategies Guide and manage export processes, documentation, and logistics Advise on regulatory requirements and compliance for different regions Build and manage relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners Support long-term strategy for entering regulated markets (USFDA, EU-GMP, etc.) Requirements: Proven experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical exports Strong understanding of global trade practices, documentation, and compliance Knowledge of regulatory pathways in ROW and regulated markets Strong business development and negotiation skills Ability to provide strategic direction along with execution
