Position Overview As the Country Manager - India, you will be responsible for launching and growing Maritech’s operations in the Indian market. This is a high-impact role ideal for a self-starter with a background in sales, marketing, or business development. You will represent our suite of SaaS solutions, build relationships with key stakeholders in the shipping industry, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Maritech’s entry into the Indian market, acting as the face of the company. Identify, target, and engage potential customers in the maritime and shipping sectors. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to promote Maritech’s SaaS solutions. Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities. Establish partnerships with local stakeholders, including shipping companies, logistics firms, and industry bodies. Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and localization. Collaborate with global teams to align regional efforts with company-wide goals. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and/or the maritime/shipping industry is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
